Mansfield, TX Maternity Photographer | Alayna’s Session

I first met Alayna through my cousin Sam. He had been dating her for some time and we met at a family gathering. At the time she was studying in the medical field and he was in the Air Force. Through the years, I have seen them grow their love, get married now await the long-awaited arrival of their first baby! The second they made their announcement, I just knew I had to have Alayna in studio. I knew their story and knew how badly they had both been waiting for this day. After all, I had a similar story, myself. So she reached out to me and requested a session. I. was. so. excited! We went over the outfits and styles. I wanted her to feel right in her element and capture her beauty in these photos.

The session day came. She requested to have her makeup done in studio so we prepared and our makeup artist worked her magic. She looked stunning! We went through several outfits, photographed her and since dad couldn’t be at the session due to work, we made sure to include him in the most special way. We included his work uniform.

I teared up photographing Alayna. She is stunning all alone, but to see her in this light, and just how much she is loving and enjoying this pregnancy, it was everything.

Needless to say, we are already planning her newborn session in which of course dad will be included as well. I simply cannot wait!
